Before any treatment you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire so that we are aware of any medical conditions. We may ask you to get a Doctor’s written form of consent before we can treat people with certain disorders or diseases.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be prompt for your appointment as rooms may be committed to other clients and your treatment may have to be cut short. You will still be charged for the full treatment.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to offer the appointment to someone else, and therefore avoid you paying cancellation charges.
If an appointment is cancelled without 24 hours’ notice, a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be added to your next appointment. A no show will be charged in full.
For group or large bookings, a deposit of 50% is required and 7 days’ notice is needed to cancel or you will lose your deposit.
All treatments include VAT at 20%.
We reserve the right to change prices and treatments without prior notice.
All courses need to be paid for on the day of your first treatment, to benefit from the special price on offer.
Courses must be completed within 6 months and cannot be exchanged or refunded once payment is received. If you cancel or do not show up for a treatment, our cancellation and no show policy will apply.
